In such a way, the reader can quickly infer that the viewpoint with respect to praise being an effective strategy has merit within the realm of understanding and psychological applications as well.
With regards to a personal experience, it has been the experience of this author that praise has played a vital role in establishing motivation and self awareness both within childhood as well as early adulthood. Ultimately, without such a function, it is doubtful that I would have been able and or motivated to achieve the same goals.
Environmental factors will necessarily be visible in the way that children will seek to gain a level of reassurance based upon the environment that they experience. Conversely, biological factors with relation to the realities of the life that they life and whatever shortcomings of gifts they may have will also play an important role.
The overall effectiveness is of course impacted by these factors in that they will help to classify the level to which praise is understood, appreciated, and remembered.
