How can you develop relationships with your customers that work to your employer’s advantage?The following is the feedback I received after the customer service test they want me to reference.Dealing with conflict isn’t ideal situation for you(as would be the case for most people), although you do try to resolve issues in a calm and mature manner it can still be a struggle for you to remain objective, but you have the skills needed to handle both minor and major disagreements. Some minor improvement will be needed, which could make you feel more at ease in conflicting situations.
