The text does a good job of capturing the essence and importance of organizational mission, vision, values and strategic goals.For discussion this week, take a look around the industry for various examples of healthcare companies’ mission, vision, values, and strategic goals. (A good place to start are organization’s websites; for public companies annual reports are required and usually contain this type of information). Provide some examples that you find interesting. How are many of these similar? Different?
