The Grinch checked out a book from the Who-ville Library titled: ” The Customs and Traditions of the Who’s ChristmasCelebrations–past and present,” He wanted to make sure that this year he could steal every aspect of the who’s Christmas including new traditions The Grinch just had to stop all that singing!.) While he was reading the book, the Grinch discovered a $10 bill that had been left in the book on a most indepth and interesting page discussing the wonders and reason for the Grinch’s existence. Will the Grinch be able to use this money to help him with this year’s misdeeds? Is the money lost, mislaid, or abandoned property, define all 3 terms and then decide. What is the significance of this determination?
