A variety of techniques can be used to support business decision making. Some of the techniques include:Internal rate of return (IRR).Return on investment (ROI).Net present value (NPV).Payback period.Choose one of the techniques above or another generally recognized technique to use in this assignment.To complete this assignment:Find and select one of the templates available in Microsoft Excel—or any other tool of your choice—to apply your technique.Use the template to compute and interpret the results that would be delivered by your IT advance.Analyze what the results say about the application of the IT advance: Is the IT advance justified by the results of the technique?Be sure to explicitly state your assumptions.Show your work.
