Alright Inc., was a parking lot operator in Houston, Texas. Kirkland Strander drove his automobile to a Houston Allright parking lot and placed it in a row of cars to be parked by the attendant. When Strander returned two hours later to reclaim his car, it could not explain the loss of the car, which was found weeks later, wrecked and stripped. Strander sued Allright, Inc., for damages. Who wins?
