Choose a topic that of interest where appropriate training is vital for an employee’s success. Construct a training program that can be conducted in 3 days. Include each day’s agenda, copies of the visual aids that will be used (Power Points, job aids, etc.), and an outline for each learning module that will be taught. Be sure to include how the results will be measured using Kirkpatrick’s 5-levels of evaluation. Also, include a References page of the articles used for the training. Write the manual as a Word document
