Rotten Food (United States v. Parks, p. 161)
Based on the law as applied to the facts, should Parks have
been charged with a criminal offense when he was not directly running the
warehouse where the contaminated food was stored? Should he be convicted when
he did not intend to hurt anyone? Discuss why or why not. What precedent does
