The purpose of the Final Project is to apply the concepts and
techniques of the module to the development of a detailed proposal for a
performance management system for your own organisation or one you know well.
If you do not have an organisation you can use for this purpose, you will need
to choose one that publishes enough information about itself on the Web for you
to be able to use it as a basis for your project.

Your task for Week 5 is to prepare and hand in a proposal including the nature
of the project, the sources of information you plan to use, and the most
important concepts and techniques to be applied. You will receive feedback on
the proposal in Week 6, which will give you time to make adjustments.
