Project Management-Quality control is one of the most difficult aspects of project management
Quality control is one of the most difficult aspects of project management, due to the outside influences that dictate what quality the product or service will have. Like the book says, any action taken to resolve quality problems has trade-offs, so others need to be involved in the process. Time and budget constraints also have to be recognized.Take an example: Microsoft rolls out the next version of their operating system, knowing that there are many defects that they plan on fixing with upgrades. In a minimum one-page document, in APA format, discuss your opinion of this practice, the ethics behind it, and if the ends (getting to market) justifies the means (rolling out a broken product). What if this wasn’t an operating system, but a life-saving drug? Do your opinions change?
