Project Proposal
Name of Project:LTU Healthcare
Team member names:
1. The primary purpose of this project is to offer Lawrence
Technological University (LTU) students and staff members a proper treatment
for emergency situations and to offer a healthy environment.
This project is for LTU students and staff members. For example,
Architecture students use many sharp tools for their projects, Mechanical and
Civil Engineering students do a lot of welding and cuttings in their labs;
athletes may get injuries during games, pregnant women and people who have
diabetes or high blood pressure may need an emergency care in some situations.
2. It would have one qualified doctor or physician, needs at least
5 years of work experience, and one qualified nurse
3. We will need to create a small clinic at LTU .Therefore, we
will need space, medical equipment and professional staff. We think we need a
room for the clinic, one restroom and one storage room because the clinic is
going to build separately from the existing buildings for safety purposes.
4. The project is being done for LTU students and staff members.
5. The estimated duration of the entire project is about 4 months
6. The total budget for the project is estimated to be $130,000.
To built the rooms it costs $69,000 and to buy the appropriate equipment it
will cost around $61,000. (http://www.fixr.com)
Also, we would offer a membership for students and staff members
to pay a small amount and they can renew the membership annually.
